［摘要］这个项目是在印度，利用燃烧农业废弃物发电, 4.5 MW 的发电厂。产生14.5 万吨二氧化碳当量。多个机构联合开发，现由瑞士南极碳资产管理公司进行市场操作，2006年成功在UNFCCC EB注册，2007年春天第一笔CER签发，是世界上第一个经过黄金标准认证的CDM项目。
